What this page covers
This policy explains how we handle information you share through the website: the contact form, the chat assistant, and small bits of data the site stores in your browser so it can remember your language and keep a chat going while you browse.
Information you give us
- Contact form. Name, phone, optional email, the service you choose, and your message. We email that to the shop and, if you left an email, send you a short acknowledgement. Mail is sent through SendGrid from system@pumpkin.cloud.
- Chat assistant. Messages you type in the chat are sent to our small proxy and then to MiniMax, the company that runs the language model that drafts replies. We use those messages to answer questions about hours, services, and what to bring. If you leave a name and phone number in the chat or the callback card, we email that to the shop through SendGrid (same as the contact form) so we can follow up. Do not send Social Security numbers, ITIN letters, passport numbers, bank details, or other sensitive documents in the chat. Bring those to the counter.
- Phone and email. If you call or write us, we use the details you provide to help with your visit or request.
Information stored on your device
The site may save your language choice (rms-lang) and the current chat conversation (rms-chat-v1) in local or session storage so the English/Spanish toggle and the chat feel continuous as you move between pages. You can clear this anytime in your browser settings. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party ad trackers on this site.
Who else sees your information
MiniMax processes chat messages in order to generate replies. SendGrid delivers contact-form email and chat callback requests from system@pumpkin.cloud. We do not sell your information. We may share what you send if the law requires it, or with a service that delivers the contact form solely to complete your request.
How long we keep it
Contact messages are kept as long as needed to help you and keep ordinary business records. Chat transcripts in your browser last for the browsing session. We do not run a public archive of chats.
Children
This website is meant for adults arranging services for their household. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the form or chat.
Your choices
You can skip the form and chat and visit or call us instead. To ask what we have from a website message, or to ask us to delete it, email callingcenter74@hotmail.com or call the store.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
